Open to all levels
You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as gain insight into the principles of yoga philosophy. This is the place to cultivate inner body awareness to guide your practice. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.
The Yoga Fundamentals class runs every Tuesday at 8:30pm and Wednesday at 12:30pm at our Sun Studio location. At least once per month you will also find a Yoga Fundamentals Class on our weekend schedule. Please check our online schedule for the most up to date information.Back to all styles
