This studio is a favourite for many of our yogis.

Its small, cosy atmosphere, and eco-friendly cork floors have fostered many great friendships over the years. Linger for some tea after class and get to know your fellow students.

Our Lifestyle Store grew out of founder, Gloria Latham’s background as a pharmacist and carries only the finest natural supplements available. We stock Thorne, Genestra, AOR, and Naturpharm. You’ll also find great yoga titles in our book section, as well as yoga mats and accessories.

The Semperviva™ Lifestyle Store is located within Sun Studio.
