Rebecca loves being involved in the Semperviva Yoga Teacher Training because she feel it’s one of the most life transforming things you can do for yourself.
Whether you choose to teach or not, your personal discoveries along your journey stay with you forever. To teach and share this experience with students is truly a gift that she feels fortunate to be involved in.
With a background in dance and theatre, Rebecca first came to yoga to find another form of expression through her body. She immediately fell in love with the endless possibilities not only to expand the body but also the mind. Yoga takes her to a place where she can feel fully connected in body, mind and spirit. It carries her out of the busyness of life and into the reality of the moment.
Rebecca has been guiding students through her teaching for over 10 years and is forever grateful to the many teachers who have inspired and encouraged her along the way. She is a RYT-500 and ERYT-200 teacher and has been on Semperviva’s faculty for over 7 years. She teaches inspiring classes full of breath awareness, curiosity in movement and attention to alignment in the body, in both Vinyasa and Hatha style classes.
She is always seeking to learn and discover more through master teachers such as Janet Stone, Max Strom, Rod Stryker, and more.
Thank you to her greatest teachers – her two children. They forever show her how to live the yoga off the mat and into the world with patience and honesty!
