What teaching yoga means to me is helping students find freedom within the guidance of the practice. I believe that the more you open and connect with your heart, the more fearlessly you live your life!

I bring my passion for the practice alive in my classes through accessible alignment-focused postures with long and meditative holds. You will leave my classes feeling uplifted, encouraged and deeply connected to yourself!

I began my 200 Hour training with Chris Chavez in my home country of Turkey in 2014 and completed my 500 Hour training with Semperviva Yoga in 2018. I had the opportunity to study with Bernie Clark, Clara Roberts Oss, Gloria Latham, Janet Stone, Max Strom, Nicki Doane, Sarah Cutfield and Sianna Sherman.

Being a part of the 200 Hour Training has been my dream from day one as I stepped through the doors of Semperviva Yoga. There is something special about this place and the people here. It’s homecoming, it’s truthful, it’s the constant support for you to grow both as a student and teacher.

Practicing and teaching yoga is a life-long journey on which you keep learning every single day from yourself and from others.
