Annette is a certified yoga instructor and registered music therapist who holds a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from Simon Fraser University.
Her teaching reflects over 40 years of working with children, seniors and adults of all abilities. She specializes in Chair Yoga and is passionate about embracing aging. She teaches Chair Yoga through Yoga Outreach, The Council of Senior Citizen’s Organizations of BC, The Jewish Community Centre, Hillcrest Community Centre, RoundHouse Community Centre, South Burnaby Neighborhood House, Windermere Care Centre, Coutland Terrace, The Poppy Residences, South Vancouver Neighbourhood House and Leo Wertman Residence.
Annette has also presented workshops at The Vancouver Yoga Show, The Toronto Yoga Show, Semperviva Yoga, The Canadian Association of Gerontology, The Canadian Nurses Association, The International Council on Active Ageing, The Council of Senior Citizens’ Organizations of BC and BC Recreation and Parks Board.
