Join Miguel Lopez De Lara for a 2 hour Yoga Nidra workshop, where we will learn and explore the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra as thought in the Himalayan Tradition. The Workshop will open with a lecture about the Science of Yoga Nidra, followed by a Hatha practice. We will culminate with a Yoga Nidra practice.
All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, no previous experience with Yoga Nidra is required.
