It’s the time of year when nature turns inward, but our modern lives don’t often allow us to do the same. This workshop invites you to create space for productive rest and to explore practices that can support your body, mind and heart in winter.
Shorter days, cooler temperatures and cloudy skies can mean fatigue, inertia and a lower mood for many of us. In this workshop you’ll learn how to work WITH the season and how therapeutic yoga skills can help you cultivate inner light.
Expect to receive movement and breath to release stagnation and heart centred practices and inspirations to warm you from the inside out.
The session will close with an invitation to rest deeply and restore through the profoundly relaxing, guided practice of yoga nidra.
