Weekend Workshops with Max Strom

End Anxiety and Reinspire

The Extraordinary power of Conscious Breathing Patterns

Saturday, May 5th, 12:30pm-2:30pm

All levels are welcome. Lecture, gentle movement and breathing.

We currently have an epidemic of stress and anxiety in the world that is stifling happiness, meaning, and connection with each other.  In the face of such a pervasive problem, it might seem that something as simple as breathing patterns couldn’t possibly help. But scientific research and Max’s personal experience engaging with tens of thousands of people around the world have both found that utilizing conscious breathing patterns for a few minutes every day is the most productive approach for creating immediate relief from stress and anxiety. In this event, Max will lecture and demonstrate, followed by interactive instruction. Max teaches leaders how to use your breath to trigger more inspiration, focus, health, and better sleep. Be sure to bring writing materials for writing answers to a series of questions that will help you identify the causes of your anxiety.

A Sustainable Life, will you survive your success?

Saturday, May 5th, 3:00pm-5:30pm

All levels are welcome. Lecture and gentle movement. Bring writing materials.

Let’s assume you achieve all of your professional goals, and then you do a cost-benefit analysis of your achieved goals vs. the cost to you and your emotional and physical health, what will be the return on investment? This workshop deals directly with the modern plague of sleeplessness, stress, and anxiety that  we have created ourselves. It will help you re-think and recalibrate your priorities and give you knowledge to take home with you to help you to live and work with more vitality and ease, and sleep better at night. The workshop begins with a lecture, and then moves into a gentle sequence of postures and breath-based movement that immediately trigger deep relaxation. Simple, powerful, accessible. Wear loose fitting clothing. Bring writing materials.
