Start with a slow yin practice to break the ice and the stagnation of winter with a deep tissue stretch.
From trickle to stream, build to intuitive, meditative, dynamic movement, letting the energy flow and invigorating mind and body.
Expect to stretch, strengthen, and sweat. Practice will end with a short meditation to integrate and reflect – you are welcome to bring along a journal!
