Yoga has taught me how to live from a place of authentic truth in my teachings, practice, relationships and life journey. As a teacher, there is joy in providing a safe space for students to move, breath and flow with strength and alignment. This practice has the ability to show us so much about ourselves, and when the vinyasa is rooted in heartfelt intentions, it is a powerful tool for change and growth.
With 7 years of teaching under my belt, I am very passionate about sharing my love for this practice through weekend retreats, week long intensives and workshops covering a range of topics from creative sequencing, yoga off the mat, philosophy and energetic healing. The step towards helping other teachers discover their own authentic voice is one I am honoured to make and I send infinite gratitude to my teachers Clara Roberts-Oss, Janet Stone, Shiva Rae, Carolynn-Ann Budgell, and Sean Corn.
Rebecca has been a core member of the Semperviva Teacher Training Faculty for almost 10 years. She is recognized as an ERYT with Yoga Alliance, and continues to immerse herself in her yoga studies with some of the world’s most respected teachers such as Rod Stryker, Seane Corn, Shiva Rae, Janet Stone and Max Strom.
Rebecca is dedicated to teaching yoga as a life path, drawing not only on wisdom from Master Teachers but from her two young children, that cultivate within her patience, love and honesty. She believes deeply in yoga’s ability to bring strength, ease and balance into our everyday lives.
For Rebecca, teacher training provides an opportunity to work deeply with students to uncover their deep inner knowing and explore the sense of freedom, strength and possibility that yoga can give them.
Rebecca’s work allows you to explore endlessly possibilities to find freedom in the body and the mind.
