Semperviva Yoga 100 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Jazz Braden, Rebecca Hollingworth & Sarah Cutfield

Vinyasa is a dynamic approach to yoga that engages the body, breath, mind & spirit. Vinyasa Yoga incorporates physically challenging, flowing sequencing, postures and transitions with the depth of meditative awareness and philosophy and the devotion of deep personal study.
This unique blend of elements creates a powerful and transformational experience, both on and off the mat!

This foundational training explores the key components of building effective and evocative vinyasa yoga classes and will give new and developing teachers essential skills to take with them into their professional and personal yoga experiences!

During the training, students will experience lectures, physical asana labs and practical exercises in:

  • Appropriate pacing, connecting postures through flowing transitions & supporting sustainable physical effort in postures
  • Refining leading Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations)
  • Approaches to successful sequencing
  • Cultivation of effective vocabulary and cuing
  • Safely building physically challenging and advancing options for asanas, including arm balances, inversions, backbends and hip openers
  • Integrating philosophical and spiritual teaching into physical classes

Registration is limited to create an intimate environment where students will receive one-on-one time with faculty to ask questions, develop a class and receive personal coaching.

This training is designed for new or developing teachers looking to refine their existing vinyasa teaching experience or develop new skills and confidence in starting to offer vinyasa classes. Completion of a 200 hour teacher training, as well as a regular personal vinyasa practice (minimum of 1 year) is required. Yoga has taught me how to live from a place of authentic truth in my teachings, practice, relationships and life journey. As a teacher, there is joy in providing a safe space for students to move, breath and flow with strength and alignment. This practice has the ability to show us so much about ourselves, and when the vinyasa is rooted in heartfelt intentions, it is a powerful tool for change and growth.

With 7 years of teaching under my belt, I am very passionate about sharing my love for this practice through weekend retreats, week long intensives and workshops covering a range of topics from creative sequencing, yoga off the mat, philosophy and energetic healing. The step towards helping other teachers discover their own authentic voice is one I am honoured to make and I send infinite gratitude to my teachers Clara Roberts-Oss, Janet Stone, Shiva Rae, Carolynn-Ann Budgell, and Sean Corn.
