To make time and space for yourself can be an act of rebellion in this light speed paced world. Sometimes the most daunting part is just starting. So we begin together, again and again and again, in the simple rituals that can ground us – the lighting of a candle, a meditation, a few deep breaths.
These 5 mornings together can be a chance to continue on with deepening your personal practice or scratching the itch of a new beginning.
Over the 5 days we will explore mantra, meditation, vinyasa flow yoga, one blindfolded class, and optional journal prompts.
Open to all levels of both yoga and meditation experience.
