Moon, Sun and Fire with Miguel Lopez de Lara

A Tantric Hatha Yoga weekend to Unlock the Transformative Power of Yoga.

The Moon, Sun & Fire mark the evolution of the practice on every individual who commits in the path of Hatha Yoga. This system was created with the intention to help the practitioner to transcend the limitations that we are born with by awakening the dormant potential that lies in every one of us. This progression is set to transform the very depth of you as the practice and the path unfolds.

In this weekend we will experience the 3 stages of Practice:

Day 1:  Stabilize the Moon

A nourishing practice for the mind and the nervous system. The intention of this practice is to calm, ground and stabilize. We will quiet the mind to experience the inherent qualities of the self that remain unseen by the thinking mind.  This practice creates the foundation and the steadiness for the Sun to Rise.

Day 2: Awakening the Radiant Sun

This stage contemplates the expansiveness and connection to Prana. We will learn about how we can use Asana and Bandhas to cultivate and harness the power of Prana. To become sensitive to this powerful force that animates life is the goal of the practice. “Prana is the means by which we overcome our limitations” Yogarupa Rod Stryker.

Day 3: Ignite the Radiant Power of the Soul

The final stage contemplates the use of the vast tools of Tantra to awaken the fire of the Spirit. Asana, Bandha, Mudra, Mantra will be used to awaken the fire of transformation. This fire wants us to dissolve our limited capacities and expand ourselves, so we are the embodiment of wisdom and love. Self-mastery is to merge with this fire.

Come and experience a traditional approach to practice!
