People easy to laugh & people who need a bit more to get going.  People who are extroverted & people who are introverted.

Take a leap and come laugh!

Laughter Yoga combines yoga-based deep breathing, gentle movement, and playful (unintimidating) activities to stimulate laughter and cultivate joy! Join Zoe for a spirit-lifting afternoon of community and fun.

Why Laughter?

  • strengthen the immune system
  • reduce pain
  • encourage deep rest and sleep
  • lower stress
  • relax the body
  • trigger the release of endorphins
  • promote an overall sense of well-being

No experience with traditional postures is needed – and no special equipment other than an open attitude!  Come as you are (including if you aren’t feeling that great) and leave feeling lighter

Zoe Green

Rated one of “Vancouver’s top 10 Yoga teachers” 2017, students have described Zoe as “that instructor that cuts through the noise; a leader of the body, and also a leader of the mind and soul.” Zoe’s presence is one in which students laugh out loud, reflect, and expand into a deeper awareness of Self. Zoe’s approach varies from enthusiastic and energetic with her Fitness and Personal Training clients, to calm and peaceful with her meditation and yoga students. She will emphasize the present experience, while encouraging your connection to body, emotion, fun-filled effort, and true rest. Remember, life is truly more beautifully humorous than dreadfully serious – especially with strong abs and an open heart.
