Sharing tools and practices gathered over 15+ years of personal development, Cecily and Peter will guide you through the realms of Love and Relationships and together you will explore how to show up powerfully and peacefully in your life. Focusing on how we relate to ourselves and the world around us using the different energies in our body, we will create the space to step into freedom right where we are. The afternoon will include asana, pranayama, meditation and self-enquiry through journaling and an open, honest discussion. Expect to move, breathe, dive deep and get clear.

For the past 15 years, Cecily has been leading personal development work through lululemon, inspiring and supporting their people in learning and transformation. Within her work, you will experience your development through deep inquiry and her bold style of leadership. She believes deeply in what she leads and continually pursues her own development through similar programs with Lightyear Leadership, CTI, Landmark, Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching and has also completed lululemon’s Mindfulon Yoga/Leadership Teacher Training. Her passion is helping people see themselves as they truly are and inspiring them to be brave, reach their goals, and tap into their own greatness. Cecily created Be Guided with her husband, Peter, as a vehicle to deliver this work to the world wherever and whenever it is needed.
Peter is a Yogi – student, practitioner and teacher – and he has a deep passion for this powerful lifestyle. From his first experiences with asana, pranayama and meditation he knew that Yoga would be his path. His main goal in life is to share his passion and this practice that has transformed him profoundly with as many people as he can. Peter considers the practices of Yoga to be medicine and he is a stand for delivering the teachings and practices in a way that is personal and personalized. He lives in the possibility that everyone is able to heal, get clear and be free by walking on this path. He teaches humbly and as a channel for this amazing tradition forever grateful to his teachers and those who have guided him. Peter created Be Guided with his wife, Cecily, as a vehicle to deliver this work to the world wherever and whenever it is needed.
