Want to try turning upside down?

Join Sarah for workshops designed to introduce you to inversion postures: headstand, shoulderstand, handstand and forearmstand!

We will explore safety, alignment, modifications and progressive techniques to help build your confidence, strength, stability and understanding!

Break down the fundamentals to help get you started and set you up for success in public classes!

Ask questions, get personalized assistance, and practice in a low pressure, encouraging environment.

Group size will be capped and assistants will be on hand to ensure maximum individual attention.

Sarah Cutfield

Sarah’s interest in yoga began almost 20 years ago practicing in her family’s basement and very quickly became a full blown life passion! Sarah explores the practice of yoga as a moving meditation and infuses her classes with devotion + strong sequencing and encourages students to explore and embody the principles of the practice from the inside out. She is committed to empowering students and co-creating transformational, experiential learning. An educator since 2009, Sarah is E-RYT 200 + RYT 500 and has an Advanced Certification with Jivamukti Yoga. Sarah is a faculty member with Semperviva Yoga’s Teacher Training College, coordinating the 200 Hour Foundational Training, and leading immersions in mantra + mythology and physical assisting.
