Get Shit Done 101: Using science and systems to create the heart-filled life you know you want

Do you have a Masters degree in Procrastination?  Start a million projects but never finish any?  Always find an excuse not to do that one thing you know you should do and really want to do but oops it never gets done?

We all know we can use our brains to create the life we want, and that we can work smarter, not just harder.  We know we can be efficient and effective, using our time wisely so we have more of it to do the things we love and enjoy, the things that truly feel alive.

But we are so… damn… busy, right?

Whether it’s spending time with our children, working long hours, running errands, cleaning house, taking showers, going to yoga, cooking dinner, planning weekends, sleeping, reading, relaxing, and driving, we don’t really have much time.  There is always so much shit happening!

This workshop is here to help.

After reading countless books on self-help, self-care, self-growth, and self-doubt, plus five years in a PhD program exploring the science of behavior change, Jeremy will discuss nine badass tips and tricks to help you start the right rituals, stick to your goals, and radically change your life.
