Free Members Workshop – Intro to Vinyasa (Power) Yoga with Ayse Camci

Vinyasa means “to place something in a special way” and this style of yoga mindfully generates strength and heat through linked postures and fluid, energetic transitions. It weaves together breath, movement and intention into a powerful, conscious practice!

Build or refine your practice so you can confidently engage with vinyasa power flow classes!

Join Ayse for an afternoon of exploration as we will:

  • Experiment with linking breath and movement together
  • Play with sun salutation variations to cultivate ease and stamina
  • Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose.
  • Break down and examine foundational poses like chaturanga dandasana in more detail (including modifications)

Ayse Camci

What teaching yoga means to Ayse is helping students find freedom within the guidance of the practice. She believes that the more you open your heart, the more fearlessly you live your life!
Ayse began training with Chris Chavez in her home country of Turkey and keeps her advanced studies with Semperviva School of Yoga. She had the opportunity to study with Bernie Clark, Clara Roberts Oss, Gloria Latham, Janet Stone, Max Strom, Nicki Doane, Sarah Cutfield, Sianna Sherman.
Ayse brings her passion for the practice alive in her classes through accessible alignment-focused postures with long and meditative holds. You will leave class feeling uplifted and encouraged!
