Build or refine your practice so you can confidently engage with vinyasa power flow classes!
Join Sarah for an afternoon of exploration!
We will:

  • Experiment with linking breath and movement together
  • Play with sun salutation variations to cultivate ease and stamina
  • Practice transitioning smoothly from posture to posture (including preparing to jump forward, jump back and jump through)
  • Break down and examine foundational poses like chaturanga dandasana in more detail (including modifications)

Sarah has been a devoted student of yoga for over 16 years and is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She is passionate and committed to the practices and teachings of yoga as a life experience – on the mat and off. Sarah infuses her classes with a combination of vigorous, alignment-focused asana, philosophy, intention and fun! Sarah is focused on creating a space for students that is empowering, challenging, and uplifting. She hopes to inspire students to view their practice as a joyful, creative & healing experiment in breath, body and spirit. Everything is possible!
