Qi Gong, referred to as ‘Tao Yin’ or ‘Taoist Yoga’, is a powerful ancient Chinese practice based on the premise that the human body is an energy system. It describes stress as blocked energy that turns into stagnation preventing the healthy flow of Qi [Life Force/Prana]. CALM is an exploration of Qi Gong tension-releasing stretches, graceful moving meditations and nature-inspired standing postures designed to clear this stress & tension. This age-old magical practice offers practitioners the tools to cultivate clean fresh flowing Qi with a tranquil breath, relaxed body & a mind at peace.
