An Introduction to Arm Balancing with Randy Chu

Have you been curious about practicing arm balances but aren’t quite sure where to start?

Join Randy Chu, in a safe and supportive space, for an afternoon of exploring the elements that allow for lift off!

Arm Balances build strength and grit.  They require presence, focus, sensitivity, an open mind and a wild heart.

They allow you to move past self-limiting ideas and stand (or in this case, fly) in your own power.

In this workshop, we will:

– unpack each arm balance in order to understand the nuts and bolts of each dynamic pose.

– learn to safely align our bodies in preparation for arm balancing.

– learn to effectively engage our core muscles to support us in flight.

All levels of practice are welcome!

Randy Chu

Randy is a self-professed Yoga Mutt, having practised for 2 decades with local and international teachers in various styles which include Anusara, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vijnana.
The physicality of the practice drew him in…the deep inner work sealed the deal.
In 2006, he saddled up and completed his first teacher training program with the intention to do for his students what his teachers have done for him.

Come practice with Randy and be prepared to sweat, laugh, play and dig a little deeper into the relationships within.
