Taking the Semperviva 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course was one of the most life changing experiences ever!!! Life seemed to be waiting for just the right time for me to get this show on the road and when I finally gave in and opened to the unknown, I was deeply immersed in the study and practice of becoming a yoga teacher; “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”; I was honored to have been surrounded by teachers and students who shared their knowledge and wisdom and helped us along this journey of self discovery and the tranformation from student to teacher… sharing the gift of yoga is so special and beautiful in so many ways… I am forever grateful!
