The Semperviva teacher training program is one of a kind. Not only are the core group of teachers, Gloria, Ara, Rebecca and Cameron, really strong, you also have the opportunity to experience workshops with world renowned master teachers. The Semperviva program is illuminating, challenging and enlightening. It taught me the potential for flexibility, willingness and evolution in my own yoga practice and in my teaching.
