Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Self Mastery. It is a Yoga that makes you drop your self-limiting beliefs so that you can fulfill your destiny, your purpose, and understand what you are here to do
Why I Teach Kundalini Yoga
I came to Kundalini Yoga because my life wasn’t working. The level of stress in my work and home life was toxic even though I worked in a healing profession and knew all the right things to do for my personal health.
Without doing any research on Yoga Teacher Training programs or career paths, I signed up for my training in Kundalini Yoga. I know now that this was the right decision because this yoga suits my overactive mind, and restless energy best. Finding peace through stillness wasn’t possible for me at the time.
I never planned to teach Kundalini Yoga, run Yoga Studios, Retreats, or Yoga Teacher Trainings. It all came out of a deep desire to share with people the practice that had impacted me so profoundly.
Yoga has become my lifeline and I feel a responsibility to share its transformative power with others.
Who is this Course for?
This course is for anyone that wants to create dramatic and immediate change in their lives. There are no levels in Kundalini Yoga, all are welcome.
What Will I Get from This Course?
You will be given tools to establish your own daily yoga and meditation practice that will serve your life goals. Teachers with 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification will be given credit towards their 500 Hour Certification.
The course consists of five independent modules
Each Module will give you teaching tools to keep building on your abilities to teach others, and your abilities to guide yourself to your richest life possible.
What is a rich life? A rich life is a life full of positivity, strength, and love.

We don’t get anywhere in life by living in fear, or by walking away from our challenges, by giving in or giving up. Instead give up your wants to a higher power, something greater than ourselves, and devote all your best efforts to everything you do in life.
Module 1 is an overview of Kundalini Yoga and the fundamentals of the practice.
Although it is great if you can take this Module first, it is not essential.
You will be given enough support in each and every Module to excel no matter where you begin, the important thing is to just get started….NOW, because your best life awaits you.

For 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teachers the credits of the course can be applied towards the 500 hour certification, and is eligible for 35 hours CEU with Yoga Alliance. Continuing Education Units are required to maintain your status as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
