Kythira Island Map

The island of Kythira is situated off the southern coast of the Peloponnese. It is bordered by the Aegean, the Ionian and the Cretan seas.

Our retreats are held in the village of Avlemonas on the south eastern coast of the island. This location was chosen for its seclusion and spectacular beaches. It is possibly the most picturesque village on the island. Best of all, Kythira is never overrun with tourists. It boasts over 50km of coastline, and mountains filled with herbs, wildflowers, and Byzantine villages.
