Semperviva Yoga Refund Policy

All Semperviva refund policies are based on notice of cancellation being provided in writing.

Yoga Teacher Training

Teacher Training Courses in Vancouver and Galiano Island

A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is required in order to register for a Semperviva Teacher Training Course.

Semperviva Teacher Training tuition fees are due in full two weeks before the start of the relevant program.**

Refunds prior to program commencing:

• If written notice of withdrawal is received by Semperviva less than 7 calendar days after the contract is made, and before the program starts, $100.00 will be retained by Semperviva.
• Subject to subsection 3(a), if written notice of withdrawal is received by Semperviva 30 days or more prior to the start of the program, 10% of the total fees due under the contract will be retained by Semperviva.
• Subject to subsection 3(b), if written notice of withdrawal is received less than 30 days prior to the start of the program, 20% of the total fees due under the contract will be retained by Semperviva.

Refunds after program has commenced:

• If written notice of withdrawal is received by Semperviva, or a student is dismissed, before 10% of the program of study’s duration has elapsed, 30% of the total fees due under the contract will be retained by Semperviva.
• If written notice is received by Semperviva, or a student is dismissed after 10% and before 30% of the program of study’s duration has elapsed, 50% of the total fees due under the contract will be retained by Semperviva.
• If a student withdraws or is dismissed after 30% of the program of study’s duration has elapsed, no refund is required.

The refund entitlement to which a student is entitled is calculated on the total tuition fees due under the contract. Where total tuition fees have not yet been collected, Semperviva is not responsible for refunding more than has been collected to date and a student may be required to make up for monies due under the contract.

** For Semperviva’s Galiano Yoga Teacher Training, full payment is required 60 days before the start of the training. The Galiano training course tuition fees ($3400) are subject to the above refund policy, whereas the remaining fees (which relate to accommodation, food, etc) are subject to the Semperviva Retreats refund policy.

Teacher Training Courses in Greece and Costa Rica

• A non-refundable Registration Fee of $500 is required in order to register for Semperviva Teacher Training Course held in Greece and Costa Rica.
• Course fees are due in full 60 days before the start of the training
• The same refunds policy applies as for Semperviva Retreats

Events and Workshops

Full payment is required in order to register for Semperviva Events and Workshops.

Events and workshops are 100% non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event. A $25.00 cancellation fee for events or workshops applies when cancellation is made more than 30 days before the workshop or event.

Retreats

A non-refundable registration fee of $500 is required in order to register for a Semperviva Retreat.*

Retreat fees are due in full 60 days before the retreat start date.
In the event of cancellation:

• 60 days or more prior to the retreat: your remaining balance will be refunded (less your $500 registration fee)
• 59-30 days prior to the retreat: your remaining balance can be applied to a future retreat only, within 2 years (less your $500 registration fee)
• 29 days or less prior to the retreat: no refund is applicable

* Semperviva weekend retreats on Galiano island require full payment for registration.
