Kits Beach Studio Open – Join the 40 Day Celebration!

Our newest location, Semperviva Kits Beach Studio, at 4th Avenue and Yew Street opens this Saturday, January 30th! Check out our schedule here.

We are celebrating the opening on Sunday, February 7th at 12:00pm, by kicking off our next 40 Day Yoga Challenge with a Semperviva All Styles Class.

This Semperviva signature class is a great opportunity to experience all styles of yoga we offer, and a good way to keep your New Years goals going strong!

We will lead you through a class that builds from Yin yoga to Hatha, Vinyasa Power Flow and Kundalini. There truly is a style of yoga for every body – so join us to discover yours.

Come prepared to sweat, laugh, dance and sing – and to enjoy delicious treats.
