Based on Seane's best-selling audio program "Detox Flow Yoga" from Sounds True, this weekend workshop will explore how making conscious and responsible choices – in all aspects of our lives – can help purify our body/mind, supporting optimal health and providing extraordinary clarity and energy.

January 15th-17th: Alignment, Faith and Flow with Rolf Gates

Rolf Gates, is the author of the acclaimed book on yogic philosophy "Meditations from the Mat". His classes are a blending of dynamic practice, meditation, pranayama and self study. Rolf and his work have been featured in numerous magazines that include Yoga Journal, Natural Health and People Magazine.

A frequent conference presenter, he is also the Keynote Speaker at the Midwest Yoga Conference, IL 2009. Rolf brings his eclectic background to his practice and his teachings.

We are very excited to announce our newest Semperviva location on 4th Avenue at Yew street, the Semperviva Kits Beach Studio.

Our new January schedule includes lots of new classes, new times, new teachers and a new location! The new Kits Beach Studio will be open as early in the New Year as possible. In the meantime, please be sure to go to our online schedule page that is updated daily at www.semperviva.com to make sure your chosen class is not cancelled.
