Be Our Valentine!Free yoga and chocolate for Valentine's Day Join us Saturday, February 14th for a special Kundalini Valentine's Day class. This class is single's friendly. Come with your buddy or come meet a buddy. We will work on heart opening postures and meditations to make it easier to remember how to love your self and how to be open enough to love another. We'll wrap up class with some hot chocolate, and other tasty chocolate treats. Come and feel the love!
