Learn to recognize and honor the pathways of prana (life force) within our own body mudras (postures) to enhance our individual experience towards stability and ease.

This unique hands-on assisting method empowers yogis to find their own sacred alignment inspired by an outer teacher's touch but truly guided by the intelligence of prana united with the teacher within. Open to all levels-students and teachers.

Total of 20 hours credit can be applied towards Sumadra Teacher Training: Prana Flow: Yoga Alliance 200/500 Hour Teacher Training Certificate with Shiva Rea.

Times: 11:15am to 1:00pm + 2:00 to 5:30pm (4th)
11:15am to 3:30pm + 7:30 to 9:30pm (5th)
1:00pm to 3:00pm + 3:00 to 5:00pm (6th)
11:00am to 1:00pm + 2:00 to 4:00pm (7th)

Cost: $495.00 + GST
Individual sessions are available at $50.00 per class for the following: Thurs. am Dec. 4th, Fri. pm Dec. 5th, and Sat. am Dec. 6th
