In the Mediterranean world, wine carries a spiritual significance. In this two hour flowing, vinyasa yoga workshop, David will explore how a glass of wine is the gateway to a deeper sense of life and a deeper look at youthfulness not as wrinkled skin but as a vibrant spirit.

The Chocolate Chakra Tour is a journey thru the seven chakras. For each chakra, you will experience a deep stretch yoga pose, a specially selected song from just the right genre of music, a carefuly chosen exotic Vosges Chocolate truffle, and a fun story to drive the points home.

The Yoga and Chocolate workshop will begin with a tasting of chocolatier Katrina Markoff's Red Fire truffle consisting of Mexican ancho and chipotle chile peppers, ceylon cinammon, and dark chocolate.

Drawing from the ancient Indian science of Pranayama, in this workshop we will explore a variety of breathing methods from calm and quiet, to vigorous and powerful to infuse the body and mind with an overall sense of vitality, well-being, and peace.
