The Yoga of Self Mastery

Study the postures of Hatha yoga in conjunction with the technology of Kundalini yoga for the most powerful of yoga experiences.

Our study program enables you to dive deeply into the study and practice of yoga while still being able to maintain your commitments to your work, family, schooling and other activities.

Topics covered include teaching asana, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, yogic anatomy, history and philosophy, yogic diet and lifestyle, and ayurveda.

Tuition fees include unlimited classes at Semperviva yoga for the duration of your course, a comprehensive 300 page manual, the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, and Dr Ray Longs anatomy textbook.

Most exciting is your ability to participate in workshops from visiting yogis during the course of your study at no additional cost to you.

Our fall program will include a two day workshop with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, and an additional two days with Dharma Mittra!

Semperviva Yoga has achieved the highest level of standards set by Yoga Alliance, and is a PCTIA fully accredited school.
