All New Summer Schedule

Our Summer Schedule goes into effect Friday, June 2nd. Please be sure to double check times and locations of your favourite classes before heading to class.

Victoria Day Holiday Hours

On May 21, there will be no 7:00am, 7:00pm, 7:15pm, or 7:30pm classes. The 5:45pm Hatha class at the Sky Centre is also cancelled. Semperviva Lifestyle Store will be open from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
