This studio is still a favourite for many of our yogis. Its smaller, cozier atmosphere has fostered many great friendships over the years. Linger for some tea after class and get to know your fellow students. Classes offered here include Hatha, and Yin Yoga.

Our Lifestyle Store grew out of Gloria Latham’s background as a pharmacist and carries only the finest natural supplements available. We stock Thorne, Genestra, AOR, and Naturpharm.

You’ll also find great yoga titles in our book section, aromatherapy, and yoga mats and accessories.
