We are celebrating the opening on Sunday, February 7th at 12:00pm, by kicking off our next 40 Day Yoga Challenge with a Semperviva All Styles Class.

This Semperviva signature class is a great opportunity to experience all styles of yoga we offer, and a good way to keep your New Years goals going strong!

We will lead you through a class that builds from Yin yoga to Hatha, Vinyasa Power Flow and Kundalini. There truly is a style of yoga for every body – so join us to discover yours.

Come prepared to sweat, laugh, dance and sing – and to enjoy delicious treats.

Be our Valentine! Special yoga and treats for Valentine's Day

Join us Sunday, February 14th, 7:30pm to 8:45pm at the City Studio for a special Kundalini Valentine's Day class with Gloria. This class is singles friendly. Come with your buddy or come meet a buddy. We will work on heart opening postures and meditations to make it easier to remember how to love your self and how to be open enough to love another. We'll wrap up class with some hot chocolate, and other tasty treats. Come and feel the love!
