About Clara Roberts-Oss
All I've ever wanted to do is move, dance and let my spirit free. Hailing from one of the bigger meccas of yoga, NYC. I took my first vinyasa class in 2000 at Jivamukti Yoga Center. I had a feeling of arriving home. We moved through postures seamlessly with an emphasis of breath-body connection.
The spiritual aspect of the inward journey also appealed to me. I've always found movement to be sacred. By allowing myself to dance, to pulse, I felt connected to the Divine, to everything around me. I practiced yoga for a couple of years and decided I should teach; thinking I could share this love of movement with others. I received my certification at Sonic Yoga NYC with Lauren Hanna and Jonathan Fields in 2003.

09.25 :: CreaYoga Dance with Saskia Schreiber

- Dance and liberate your Self!
-
CreaYoga Dance workshops give you the opportunity to enjoy the variety and depth of my self- developed concept CreaYogaFlow. It is a holistic health management practice, founded on three pillars: Yoga, Meditation and Expressive Arts Therapy. During this practice you move freely between Yoga elements, meditation, dancing and other expressive arts like drawing and writing.
Together with a group of like- minded people in a safe environment you reattach to your body and mind: you feel the rhythm of your heartbeat, the movement of your breath, your feet connected to the ground beneath you, the free flow of your arms through space and the natural joyful and content condition of your mind being present in the moment.
Every CreaYogaFlow workshop is unique and dedicated to those who want to do something special for themselves, try something new, love to move to the sound of different styles of music, want to explore different ways of expression and are curious to meet others on different levels of communication.
About Saskia Schreiber
Saskia Schreiber studied Creative Dance Therapy (BA) and Dance Pedagogy in the Netherlands, she worked as Expressive Dance Therapist and English Teacher in Rudolf Steiner schools, she studied and taught Yoga in Europe, North America and Central America and she studied Lifestyle and Wellness Management in Canada.

09.26 :: Pranayama Yoga Workshop with Cameron Gilley

- Breath is Life.
-
A human being can survive 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water, but only 3 minutes without breath. Truly, BREATH IS LIFE.
But breath serves us in a much deeper way than mere survival. Breath is the conscious bridge between our mind and body, and crossing this bridge with intention can lead us to deep understanding and profound change.
Drawing from the ancient Indian science of Pranayama, in this workshop we will explore a variety of breathing methods, from calm and quiet, to vigorous and powerful, which infuse body and mind with an overall sense of vitality, well-being, and peace. Take home with you a deep experience of, and insight into the elegant and simple power of the breath – truly, our most potent tool for positive transformation.
About Cameron Gilley
Cameron Gilley whole-heartedly believes in the transformative power of Yoga, and has been passionately sharing in his search with his students. Drawing from his experience in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Meditation and Martial Arts, Cam devotes his energy to creating a space for students to access their own innate presence through posture, flow, breath and awareness. Whatever your walk of life, he invites you to come experience for yourself the liberating and life-affirming bliss that is YOGA.

11.27 :: Book Signing with Max Strom

- A Life Worth Breathing: A Yoga Master's Handbook of Strength, Grace, and Healing
-
One man described his life to Max Strom, founder of one of L.A.'s most renowned yoga centers, as follows: "In the morning, I can't wake up; in the day, I am bored; in the evening, I am tired; and at night, I cannot sleep." As a yoga teacher, Max understands that each person has his or her own struggles—that we set up our own roadblocks—and he could easily suggest poses or a physical practice to help find a life worth breathing. In this in- spiring book, however, he looks beyond the often-written-about philosophies of yoga to what he sees as the purpose of this practice: to help with the journey within. Yoga offers the tools, but each person's jail is a little different. He encourages readers to focus not on the tools, but on the endeavor. He reveals how to make changes in mind, body, and emotions simultaneously. The result is a new state of being: a life with meaning, a life full of love, a life worth breathing.
Max Strom founded and directed the renowned Sacred Move- ment Center for Yoga and Healing in Los Angeles. There he taught more than four hundred students each week for ten years, building the program into one of the most respeced centers in the world. In 2005, he sold the studio to Exhale Spa, which continues to thrive. He now travels extensively.
Last year he taught and lectured in more than thirty-five cities in nine countries. Max has been teaching since 1995 and is recognized by the Yoga Alliance at their Advanced Teacher Level (ERYT). He has taught tens of thousands of students; trained several hundred teachers; and recorded two videos, Learn to Breathe, to Heal Yourself and Your Relationships and Max Strom Yoga—Strength, Grace, Healing. He lives in in Ashland, Oregon.
"I love the energy and flow of Max Strom's yoga classes... but perhaps above all, I respect his quiet strength and deep humility." – Ali McGraw
