About Angie Inglis
Life can be a profound act of devotion, but before we can serve others, we must first nourish ourselves.
It was this realization that attracted Angie to Yoga and Ayurveda and it is the foundation of her commitment to a life of learning and living well. A student of yoga and alternative therapies for more than 14 years, Angie has studied Yoga and Ayurveda in both India and North America. Angie attended Gujarat Ayurved University in India and has also studied Ayurveda with her cherished teacher, Dr. Vasant Lad, in both Pune, India and at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM.
Angie teaches Hatha, Yin and Prenatal yoga at studios, community centres and other locations in Vancouver. She shares her passion for Ayurveda with others through group workshops and one-on-one consultations.
