The workshop is broken down into 2 components:
Part 1 (90 mins): Thought provoking dialogue & conversation, whimsical revelation, and of course breath discovery.
Part 2 (90 mins): Smile, sizzle, stretch and soften as you experience Cam & Wes’ multi-styled ‘Elixir-Mixer Flow’!

About Cameron Gilley

Cameron whole-heartedly believes in the transformative power of Yoga. Having received his Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification in 2002, he’s been teaching ever since. Drawing from his experience in Hatha, Yin, Power Yoga, Meditation and Martial Arts, in each class Cam devotes his energy to creating a space for students to access their own innate presence through posture, flow, breath and awareness. About Wesley Salter

Wesley’s credo is simple: ‘Yoga Is For Everyone!’ He completed his Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification under the guidance of qualified teachers in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini Yoga from the Semperviva Yoga College in Vancouver, BC. Wesley previously graduated with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria (Socials & Phys. Ed.) and went on to have a successful high school teaching career both in Canada and abroad. He has since made the full-time transition from the high school classroom into the yoga studio. Creating a spicy, safe & fun atmosphere with funky music mixes & challenging sequences, Wesley encourages students to ‘step into the unknown and let go’ while finding the unique expression of their own practice and discovering their breath. www.wesleyoga.com
