Meet on April 14th at 4:00pm at Semperviva City Studio to kick off our challenge with a class that will introduce you to all styles of yoga taught at Semperviva. We will follow with an Open House providing healthy treats.
Our challenge ends May 23rd at Semperviva City Studio with another special class. Class time is scheduled for 8:45pm. It will be a fun class featuring all styles again, plus healthy snacks to follow. Come and celebrate your success!
