Semperviva 40 Day Yoga Challenge Disclaimer and Contest Rules

By participating in the 40 Day Yoga Challenge you are bound by the following official rules:

No Purchase Necessary

Solely open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Void in Quebec. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All Semperviva 40 Day Yoga Challenge participants, that attend 40 or more classes in the promotion period are automatically entered to the draw with one entry per person.

Promotion Period

The promotion begins on March 2nd 2013 at Semperviva City Studio and ends on April 10th, 2013 at Semperviva City Studio  (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

To enter the draw, you must register with us online through MindBodyOnline form or at the front desk at any Semperviva location. Joining the Challenge is FREE with your Semperviva membership but we want to know who’s on the team! Come to a Semperviva yoga class every day from March 2nd, 2013-April 10th, 2013

Selection of Winner

Winners will be determined by random drawing from all participants who completed 40 yoga classes in 40 days. The draw will take place on April 11th, 2013. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email by April 13th, 2013, and are required to respond to the notification email within three days to claim their prize. Entry, acceptance, and/or use of any prize offered constitutes agreement by the winner to the use of the winner’s first name, photograph, and submitted yoga story, for the purpose of advertising and promotion by Semperviva Yoga without any further compensation to the winner unless prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Students who complete 40 classes within 40 days are entered to our draw for the chance to win one of the following prizes:

• 1st prize: A weekend away on the Semperviva Galiano Yoga Retreat
• 2nd prize: A weekend workshop at Semperviva Yoga with Janet Stone in May 2013

ALL TAXES, DUTIES, AND SIMILAR CHARGES, IF ANY, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES AWARDED.Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed.

Release of Liability

All entrants release Sempervia Yoga from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Semperviva Yoga will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor, or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
