Summer might be slowly wrapping up for the year but things are just heating up at Semperviva. Gloria is back from her travels and I can’t wait to sweat it out on the mat to her particular musical styling’s.
This month’s playlist is a tribute to Kundalini favourites we all love hearing in class, some old-school treats and a nod to the beautiful Kundalini musical tradition. Above all I wanted tunes that made me feel uplifted!
A huge thank you to our amazing Kundalini teacher’s this summer – Lindsay, Penelope, Catherine and Rachel. Keep your eyes peeled for their names in the new Fall schedule, starting September 15th.
- amAya – Always Be There
- Steve Gold – Let Your Heart Be Known
- Trevor Hall – Om Shakti Om
- Flo Rida – Good Feeling
- The Darkness – I Believe in a Thing Called Love
- Wilson Philips – Hold On
- Spoon – I Saw the Light
- Macy Gray – Beauty in the World
- Krishna Das – My God is Real
