To all my fellow Kundalini-Lovers,
I’m sure we are all thinking the same thing… “Gloria is going to be gone for the entire summer!” (…note the slight panic in my voice…)
With 2 and a half months to go before life gets back to normal, some things have been running through my head, including:
- How am I going to make it through the summer?
- What will I do with my Monday nights?!
- Ahh, my calves are going to have 2 and a half months of rest!
Fear not because I’ve come up with a few helpful hints to help us make it through the summer:
Tip #1:
Remember what Gloria always says; “Don’t let your brain tell your body you can’t do it!” We CAN do it. We will make it through the summer. If you don’t think this is possible please read tip #4.
Tip # 2:
Use this opportunity to try some of the amazing kundalini instructors we have filling in for Gloria this summer! I chatted with a few of them to find out what makes them tick, why they love Kundalini so much and what we can expect from their classes. You can read their mini-interviews below…
Tip #3:
Check our facebook often for updates and pictures from Gloria straight from Greece.
Tip #4
Go to Greece! My personal favorite. I’ll be there for our Kundalini Teacher training at the end of August. Keep your eyes peeled for stories from my trip.
And now allow me to introduce Penelope, Lindsey and Rachel, our inspiring, unique and passionate Kundalini teachers for the summer. They have so much knowledge and experience to share. I highly recommend trying all of their classes at least once and feel free to chat to our friendly Yoga Advisors at the front desk if you want any more information of their personal styles.
See you on the mat!
Laura

What inspired you to start teaching Kundalini Yoga?
It was a very clear moment in time – one of those beautiful serendipitous moments in life. While in Rishikesh, India, I attended a public kundalini class beside the Ganges River with Gurmukh (Gloria’s own teacher). During class it was expressed to us that if you want to share what we were experiencing and help uplift others then become a teacher. I automatically felt myself commit and said YES! Four months later I began my teacher training with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles! Wahe Guru!
