Find Your Balance: Eagle Pose (Garudasana)

Every week this spring we’ll be featuring a balancing posture to remind ourselves how important balance in our day to day lives is.

Benefits of Eagle Pose:

  • Stretches the shoulders and upper back
  • Releases the hips
  • Strengthens the ankles, thighs and knees

This pose is a great stress reliever, taking tension out of the shoulders
and neck.
