Yoga is meant to be experienced by everyone – young, old, men and women. There are different types of yoga classes for various levels and goals. With regular yoga practice, you are on your way to a clearer mind and a stronger body.
Yoga lengthens and works all muscle groups, while also being relaxing. You can target strength, balance, or endurance. If you have never done yoga before, preparing for it is easy: drop into a class, challenge yourself, stay hydrated, and make sure you have comfortable clothes.
Recommended yoga clothes are loose and not constricting. Men’s yoga clothes work with your body and are made for athletic movement. You may want to bring extra layers along as you will warm up and cool down during the class. Yoga is done without shoes. The main priority is moving comfortably and finding what is best for your body, so that you may concentrate on the yoga postures.
