Teaching yoga is my favorite thing to do. Breath, movement, mindfulness and inner light. Yoga is simple and profound. My morning Hatha is a gentle wake-up to get you set for your day. Other Hatha classes are stronger, but always with an emphasis on inner peace. My Kundalini is more dynamic, faster-paced, and higher-energy. What I like to do in my spare time:
I ski, hike, bike, canoe, kayak, swim in lakes and the ocean, travel, and dance. I do yoga-infused life coaching helping women live their own liberated lives.
