Teaching yoga is my favorite thing to do. Breath, movement, mindfulness and inner light. Yoga is simple and profound. My morning Hatha is a gentle wake-up to get you set for your day. Other Hatha classes are stronger, but always with an emphasis on inner peace. My Kundalini is more dynamic, faster-paced, and higher-energy. It changes all the time! Favourites include certain songs by Ashana, MC Yogi, Steve Gold, Dragonette, Serena Ryder, India Arie and the best dance tunes making the circuit.

Whistler, the Okanagan, Paris, New York, Europe…and more.

What I like to do in my spare time:

I ski, hike, bike, canoe, kayak, swim in lakes and the ocean, travel, and dance. I do yoga-infused life coaching helping women live their own liberated lives.
